If you order the wrong size there is a $13.00 restringing fee, plus $4.00 for shipping and materials fee. Please mail a check for $17.00 to the address that was mailed to you with your product. You may and should also contact me through email before sending the item back for resizing. Be sure to put a note in the return envelope what you want done. Additional cost may also be charged if you want a bracelet larger then 8".
